I went in for their 64.99 Synthetic oil "special" it turns out to cost me $91. They tell you after your car is in the garage. They got me once. Just once. Don't let this shady biz get you.
They do a good job friendly staff.
They had to reset the machine before every car. Banged my car up with their weakly sudded brooms. Upon entering machine, it seemed to not work well. Suds all over my car upon exciting machine, with barely a rinse. No one present to wipe car down. Car still had dirt all over it. Quite possibly the best way to waste $10.
P.S. Firestone also gives you free vacuuming when you pay for a car wash. I paid more for this wash and was still expected to pump the vacuum full of quarters to use it. No thanks.
I just stopped here for the first time today and I definitely won't be going back. I gave it two stars only bc the employees were very nice, but the car wash is horrible. It's very rough, I honestly thought there was going to be damage to my car by the time I got out of it. I realized as I was driving through that the brushes were cleaning the left side of my car and not even touching the right side of the car. Also, it pushes you through the blower so quickly that your car is not the slightest bit dry. I honestly had to laugh when I went through the blower for about 2 seconds. So I drove home and got out to make sure my car wasn't damaged and I noticed my tires and rims were untouched! I paid extra to get the package that cleans/shines tires and rims. Well they were still covered in black dirt. So there I am, scrubbing my wheels clean, 5 minutes after getting out of the car wash. I've always gone to Firestone in Stroudsburg and I've never had any of these issues. Very disappointing.
Was there for a car wash a couple weeks ago paid over 18 dollars and it was the worst car wash lazy employees leave the car dirty then you tell them and they get mad and rude. I miss my car wash in Jersey the guys actually work to make your car clean and make sure the customer is happy.
