This place has an old-school feel about it. Nails in bins you scoop out and weigh yourself being just one thing that generates that feeling. Helpful and knowledgeable employees abound and all are quick to answer your questions. They were helpful when I was looking to rent equipment too.
Great staff, great service, great prices and lots of stuff. Save that trip to the big box store unless you are buying lumber
I'm from Washington State and have been to several hardware stores throughout the country and as it turns out my best ever experience was at this little store in Pennsylvania. The staff approached us realized what we needed help and immediately jumped in and even helped us do the project. Man oh man top notch service right there!
Just whatever you do. Don't go into the bathrooms, or at least the men's room. Other than that, nice people and great service. The bathrooms need some love, a lot of love.
We went in to look at lawn mowers. Everyone we talked to knew the machines and was able to discuss different features and manufacturers information with us. We felt so comfortable with the people and knowledge. Definitely would recommend this place! Andy and Matt were both extremely helpful!
