The Crossings do not have a huge number of stores (about one hundred) but just about or nearly all the top brands are there. I'm disappointed that Cole Haan decided to close their store. It was one of my favorite and always looked forward to visit it when there. Without them there are not many choices for men's shoes. The dining and coffeee options improved but still not enough. Traffic and parking is as good as it gets. No problem getting in and out. Overall one of my favorite.
Really over priced at almost every store. I came here hoping to save a few dollars but was wrong. There were hardly any good deals, and the deals they did have would still leave you broke. I'd recommend searching online, your better off. 2 stars for the scenery though
We went there on Black Friday and it was not as crowded as we expected which was great! The brands were all that we needed and the organization was good. Did not like how the restaurant area was outdated but shopping wise was an excellent experience.
Lots of good stores. My best experience was in the HANES STORE. A clerk named Katie was EXTREMELY friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and helpful and professional. Her customer service was second to none I have received in years. She successfully fitted me for a bra after patiently bringing me several to try. Ive not been able to wear one for 10 years! Also, we ate at the Pocono Cheesecake cafe and the staff there were amazing. Delighted to find they had GLUTEN FREE CHEESECAKE. It was delicious but the only GF thing on the menu. Prices are good. All the sales people were so cheerful and helpful, polite and acknowledge. Wish we got that kind of customer service everywhere.
I'm not a mall shopper. That being said, I've been here a number of times. Plenty of stores & usually plenty of parking. I've found some great stuff on occasion and ice also left empty handed. AVOID THIS MALL ON BLACK FRIDAY, you'll just duty in traffic and won't be able to park, at least that's how id's been the past two years.
