Very angry workers who genuinely hate serving customers. I bought my Movado there and they refused to replace my battery a couple years later. They said they have the tools to do it but only do it for their displays. I guess you are supposed to throw away your watch once the battery dies. They told me that it is my problem and I have to find someone who is comfortable opening up a Movado. What a ridiculous place!! Terrible attitude!
Store never came through with two extra clasps. After half a dozen calls, I was referred to a repair/supplier in New Jersey that was clueless and wanted to charge me 10% of what we paid for the watch. The original cost wasn't much of a savings either. Not a rip-off, just blatantly lousy service. Still haven't worn the watch.
Very poor and rude customer service. I bought my mavodo a few years back, went here to have my battery replaced. I was told to come back in an hour because they were already fixing a watch. When I returned to the store to give my watch the sales person took it to the back and literally in two minutes came back and said “oh we can’t change your battery”. I drove and hour up to this store than had to wait another hour for them to tell me they can’t change a battery!!! I will NEVER buy from this store again. My suggestion buy a tag or a Rolex!!!
Very nice little boutique. Ive never been a big Movado fan as they're mostly cheaply made over price quartz fashion watches but the saleswoman at this store took the time to walk me through each product line and introduced me to their red label swiss made mechanical timepieces. Needless to say I was quite impressed and ended up purchasing a very nice watch for a fantastic deal. I didn't feel pressured into buying at all and the sales staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable about watches and what they were selling. Highly recommend this store as they have everything from fun looking inexpensive fashion watches like Coach and Lacoste as welll as high end pieces like Movado Red Label, Ebel, Concord etc. If you're into watches you need to at least take a look in this store, you may be pleasantly surprised at what you find.
